[cisco-voip] CM 7.1.5b almost released?

So earlier today I go and download the newest and greatest CM release
(7.1.5a)  get both downloaded so I go back to find the command to merge the
two.  

 

What do I discover?  7.1.5b (part 1of2).

 

so I have downloaded the first part.  When do they release part 2of2?
