[cisco-voip] CM 7.1.5b almost released?

Can you actually download it?  I haven't tried 7.1.5, but I've been trying
to get 8.0.2cSU1 all day with no luck.  I can't use the java option for the
download, our corporate build on my workstation doesn't have the right java
version to work, and the non-java download just sits there and times out.
