[cisco-voip] CME/SRST Ver 8.0

The B-ACD TCL scripts are now embedded within the IOS  .bin file, however you need the cme-bacd-3.0.0.2.tar  file for the sample audio prompts.

Here are my notes from a recent B-ACD setup;

cme-bacd-3.0.0.2.tar (from above Reference page 29 http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ip-iostsp)
IOS c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.150-1.XA3.bin
Audacity 1.3 (http://audacity.sourceforge.net)

Updating Prompts
Modify wav file using Audacity, File > Export > Save Type as Other uncompressed files (Options Header AU (Sun/NeXT, Options Encoding U-Law)

1. Copy en_bacd_welcome.au to flash:en_bacd_allagentsbusy.au
2. Copy en_bacd_welcome.au to flash:en_bacd_welcome.au
3. copy en_bacd_welcome.au to flash:en_dt_prompt.au
3. Show call application sessions
4. call application session stop id X
5. audio-prompt load flash:en_bacd_welcome.au
6. audio-prompt load flash:en_bacd_allagentsbusy.au
7. audio-prompt load flash:en_dt_prompt.au
8. call application voice load app-b-acd-aa
9. Don't be afraid to reload router B-ACD is nit picky!

Is the files that we used to put on flash is now embedded inside the IOS file of the 15.x or what?? What about the TCL scripts and so on is it embedded also or we need to install them on the flash of the router?
