Get yourself a T1/E1 cross-over cable first. here is the PIN config:

END 1
PIN 1 ORANGE/WHITE
PIN 2 ORANGE
PIN 4 BLUE
PIN 5 BLUE/WHITE

END 2
PIN 1 BLUE/WHITE
PIN 2 BLUE
PIN 4 ORANGE
PIN 5 ORANGE/WHITE

1 and 2 = Receive
4 and 5 = Transmit
