     That's my understanding as well.  We are moving away from pagers as
we don't believe that they have a long term future.  Companies are going
bankrupt.  The towers and frequencies are being snatched up to put to
more profitable uses.

     Of course, moving to SMS is not ideal if you have time critical
alerts.  I've seen delays of hours to texts.  We are a little stuck
until Verizon and AT&T improve things.
