[cisco-voip] Anyone ever see a T1 with CD, No alarms and be down...?

had a similar issue a few years back and turned out the extended wiring was
pinched and shorted in the ceiling someplace, moved to another couple pairs
and it cleared. also maybe crossover over straight through or vice versa,
would be weird but might be worth a shot as well.
