[cisco-voip] Anyone ever see a T1 with CD, No alarms and be down...?

There's alot of SLIPS which could be tied to timing. Are you receiving clock
from an upstream switch/gateway or is this providing clock to another
switch/gateway??
Also, you might want to try just a loop cable on your side to the VWIC and
make sure the port alarm goes away. This will rule out any VWIC issues.
