[cisco-voip] SNMP master agent on CUCM with vmware

CM8.0 was first version to formally support vmware. What you observe is 
one of the artifacts of attempting to deploy CM on unsupported 
platform.  You may have better results with a version of CM that 
actually supports a virtual infrastructure.
