[cisco-voip] CUCM8, Unity, Initial Configurations

I have the IP Telephony Troubleshooting book by Paul Giralt (I think,
book's at the office) from cisco press - it's pretty good for
reference although probably not something you'd necessarily read as a
tutorial.

I also have a copy of the best practices for call manager but its from
like version 3.. it was decent but I don't have any idea how
up-to-date the latest version is.
