[cisco-voip] Dial Tone

After further investigation it was discovered that these phone are
programmed by the vendor to automatically dial a 9 prior to the caller
dialing the number. Therefore one digit has already been dialed so it
appears this is an inter-digit timeout issue.

My bad, the command is "timeouts initial".

I think what you are looking for is "Digits before first". I know that
is a CLI config on an analog port and I am certain it is in CUCM as well
but I don't have access to one right now to identify its
number/location. I have it on a slide and I will look it up and get back
with you.

Yes, you're right. I misinterpret the question.

Is there a setting to increase the duration of dial tone
when placing an outgoing call?
