[cisco-voip] SIP phones and multicast MOH. CME version 7.0(1)

In CME, I have 2 local SIP phones registered, extension 4002 and 4004.

Multicast MOH is configured and checked working (sending MCAST and
phone is receiving MCAST MOH audio). CME is a source of the MOH and
serves the file from flash.

When SIP phone calls SIP or SCCP phone, and is being held, SIP phone
keeps receiving unicast MOH. This is CME 7.0(1). The doc says that
configuration for SCCP and SIP is the same regarding MOH. Is there
anything in particular that could cause this?

This is not a SRST mode.
