[cisco-voip] call forward all to voicemail

The call forward all was set to no CSS. Once I set that everything
worked...now I got to figure out how to bulk change it for 300 phones.
Thanks for the help!

Hi Michael,

Check the Call Forward All CSS. Make sure all of your Call Forward CSS's
are not blank. Is the pilot in a partition that the CFwd CSS can reach?

Cheers

D

Using CM7.1.5 and Unity connection 7.1.5

I can dial the Unity pilot at ext 5000 without any issues. I can also
press the messages button on the phones without any issues. The problem
I am having is when a user presses the CFWDALL softkey then presses the
messages key or enters ext 5000 we just get a busy tone. I have plenty
of unity ports available so I don't think that's the problem. Any help
can be appreciated.

Thanks,

Michael Muscat
