[cisco-voip] Unity Bulk import issue

 Gents,

I have problem importing 
information from Active directory to Unity using "Cisco Unity Bulk 
Import Wizard" 

I get the following error while the AD schema also extended to unity successfully.(looks like).

[Display_Name]
 is invalid Column Header for the type of import.

Kindly guide me
 if you have faced this issue before.
