What version?

The CM database dictionary is under 'Programming Guides' in the docs
section for every major cm version:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_programming_reference_guides_list.html

Start with the telecastersubscribedservice table and work your way out
from there.
