[cisco-voip] SQL question -- services...

Tim,

You don't necessarily need SQL for this. In CUCM, go to Device -> Device Settings -> Phone Services. Click on the service you want to find the phones that are associated to it. Once in the service (where it's lists ASCII service name...blah blah blah), in the upper-right there will be a drop-down for Related Links. It'll say "Go Back to Find/List." Change it to "Dependency Records" and click Go. The pop-up will list how many phones are using the service and if you click on the number, it'll display the actual devices. Hope this helps!

Hi voipfolk...

(thanks for the replies on my last one regarding Hold/Transfer)

I have a question about getting a list of services assigned to phones -

Post a migration we did, I need to verify that certain services (10+) are built on something like 50 phones.

That would be a serious pain to do via the GUI.

Can anyone think of a way to get a list of services and the phones subscribed to each service?

I can get a report of phones in a device pool and use that to compare once I have the data regarding services/subscription.
