[cisco-voip] Cisco CUCM 6.1.3 to 8.0.0 Upgrade

Ah, I wasn't using the same IP address, was being lazy and didn't segregate
it on a different network than my production CUCM.  Given that I'm only
going from 7.1.3 to 8.0.2c, it shouldn't be a big deal, not the job you are
dealing with.
