[cisco-voip] sending calls form a voip dialpeer to another dialpeer

If your router supports the command you don't even need a CUBE. Try the
command I referenced to see if it is supported first. Also consider why you
need to route from one VOIP DP to another. A true CUBE solution maybe your
best bet.
