[cisco-voip] Reason Code 32763

Hi guys, I have a question (obviously :) )
When agent is in state ready after 7 seconds of call in queue agent
gets in state not ready with Reason Code 32763 automatically, and
stays in not ready until he clicks the ready button. What is the
problem???
