[cisco-voip] 9.0.3 and a 7975: PC Port Speed Issues

What do the switchport counters look like for that port? 
If you downgrade that 7975 to 9.0(2) does it improve performance?

Any idea why the speed drops down so much?  Are you seeing excessive retransmits, etc?
 
What is the PC, phone, and switchport speed?
