Well... this is not the problem... at least I think so :))) I have a
script which allows agent to be reached on there DIDs (this way the
call doesn't get in the queue) and they can be reached from there
central number and from selecting a resource from the queue. If the
agent gets the call from his DID, the script works just fine, but if
it goes through the select resource step i get the error. It just
rings for 7 sec and then puts the agent in not ready state.
