[cisco-voip] Unity subscriber error

A problem with RUS would be external to Unity, so dbwalker, etc aren't
going to do much for you. If the box has been up forever, a reboot
might not be out of the question. Failing that, there are a number of
good docs that walk you through troubleshooting RUS, such as:
