[cisco-voip] issue with unity install changing the default display name setting in ad / exchange

after installing unity 7 with exchange 2003 i notice that the display names
for all of my ad/exchange user has changed from " Jane Doe" to jdoe.  this
has happen twice to me and not sure how to prevent it.  i this i herd that
it was a bug in unity.  but how do i prevent this from happening to the next
install.
