[cisco-voip] Handsfree speaker phone for PLAR use in a lobby-- Viking E-30

Hi folks --

Has anyone used a Viking Electronics E-30 handsfree speakerphone on a
Cisco VG-224 or ATA?

On the documentation, I read this:
"CAUTION - 1 When installing on an analog extension of a phone system:
Some phone systems do not conform to analog telecom standards and might
not be compatible with the E-30 speaker phones."

So I figured one quick way was to just ask if anyone on the forum has
used one of these-	

I need to replace a phone in a lobby that does PLAR (via the UCM
7.02.20000) with this device, which is a lot more hardened to abuse.
It would also be able to dial by itself, which would be nice, as it
would remove some complexity from our system.

Has anyone got experience with these devices from Viking on your
systems?

Or, recommendations for another manufacturer/model to use in place of
this?
