[cisco-voip] Enduser configuration in communication manager

Hi,
Actually in my case i didn't have the problem adding the LDAP numeric user
and using it for sip client, sip client worked fine for me both for numeric
user and normal alphabhatic user created through LDAP. My customer has 6.01,
so i didn't find any issues on that particular CUCM.
