[cisco-voip] Multicast with many senders and receivers

Greetings,

I have a multicast application with 40 senders and receivers that will
require bidir PIM. These senders and receivers will be distributed accross 3
sites. The problem is that the multicast application does not support IGMP.
Is there a way to make this work? Does bidir pim require IGMP?
