[cisco-voip] CME one-way audio / no audio problems

Hi Alan,
One way audio usually occurs of routing issue, you have to two way for that,
no audio usually occurs due to codec mismatch. I think you have to check for
codec for your issues, For your issue of going calls to PSTN rather
than VOIP, you have to set your call routing  using precedence level.
