[cisco-voip] RE-IP Cisco Call Manager and IPCC Cluster

Do it as part of your upgrade path.  CM 4.x to 6 or 7.x should be fairly
easy.

CCx is a rebuild any way.  So why not?

I have not re addressed Unity, thus I'm not quit sure how hard or easy that
one may be.
