In the vague recesses of my mind I seem to recall being able to do something similar with Unity. I'll look it up when I get back to the office but thought I would respond now in case it jogged someone's memory.

Subject: [cisco-voip] AutoMagically putting a call on hold

Is there a feature or method that would put incoming calls to an extension on hold if the extension is busy?
We are running CCM 6.1.3b
Trying to develop a poor mans calling queue.
