All,

Answered my own question in the end, I made a translation that was more specific than the CTI RP. e.g. 2XXX and set this to play unallocated number. Now when I call a number that does not exist it hits the 2XXX translation and plays the standard unallocated message.

Thanks

Glen

I have a CTI RP with an extension of XXXX to cover the managers phones, however if a user miss dials rather than getting the annuciator message or a NU tone the phone just hangs. This is because we are matching against the XXXX.
