SRND is 'guidance'.  The most respected source today are the capacity 
calcaulators which are currently only accessible to partners:
http://tools.cisco.com/cucst
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/CT/PGWCT/ct.cgi

Maximum load is determined by devices, number of lines, and features 
being invoked.  Anything using CTI is still a massive performance hit.

Net: it is not as simple as server X supports Y devices.
