[cisco-voip] Extension Issue

SDL traces are not the correct place for you to be diagnosing this issue. You need to look at the digit analysis results in the sdi traces (ccm*.txt). Looking at your zip files it appears the trace settings on your sdi traces are not correct. One server appears to be at error level and the other server appears to have device name based tracing on (which is so useless it should never be used).

In the above SDL traces can anyone confirm whether the matchDialPartition=6cee09cc-4e27-ff1d-fbec-30b659d2b214 matchDialPattern= matchInterceptPartition=6cee09cc-4e27-ff1d-fbec-30b659d2b214 matchInterceptPattern=6901

Is the correct sequence for the call maturing or is there any guide to correctly interept these traces

Hi Scott

The CSS in the GW is selected correctly and the Codec is also correct. Still the call is not landing on 6901. But if we changed only the extension to some other extension like 6913 the call properly lands to it. The issue is the call is not landing to that particular extension i.e. 6901.

Check your CSS on the GW to see if it has access to the phone. Check Codecs too.

Hi Greetings

We are facing an issue in our organization. We have connected two ip phones with extensions 6901 and 6902. Extension to extension call is happening. When we call from a mobile or landline the call is landing on 6902 without any issues. In the similar way if we call the call is not landing on 6901. If we recreate the extension from 6901 to any other extension the call from pstn gets landed on it. we are able to make calls from 6901 across the pstn. I have attached the logs taken when the incoming call is made. 9663381809 is the number from which call is made. 07580226901 is the number which the call lands. We searched for duplicate entries but did not find any.

Please look into this issue and provide a workaround on this.
