[cisco-voip] Locked out of UCCX admin

Login to the UCCX server and run the command cet.bat from start-->run. Navigate to  com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdmin. You will have to doubleclick the parameter on the right, go to the second tab, and change the setup state to FRESH INSTALL. Next time you open appadmin it will make you go through setup again.
