[cisco-voip] ether switch modules on 3900 not coming on line

A couple of things to check:

1) Correct power supply in 3900 to support etherswitch POE ?  I got
burned by this on a 3854 order
2) Correct IOS version to support etherswitch - I had  a case were the 
default IOS that shipped with the router didn't support the modules
3) on a 3845, to reload just the etherswitch,  do a 'show int summary' 
f and look for the internal gig interface.  Then look at 'service-module
gig <int> ?'.   Not sure if that will translate to the 3900s though ???
