[cisco-voip] Phone hangs up when placed on hold.

Dear all,

 

I have a customer who has CUCM 6.0and he has a ict trunk between India and
Uk. When ever he gets a transferred call from UK. And he speaks on the phone
and when he tries to attend another call by placing 1st call on hold the
phone will hangs up. And again he has to hangup the second call and revert
back to the first call or hang up the first call and attend the second call.
Is  there any solution for this problem. Kindly help Me :-)
