AC is out of the picture as soon as it redirects the call to a phone and won't behave like a hunt group. If you want hunt group features, you should just use a hunt group.

We have a Attendant Console Pilot Point, it is set to ring the first available phone out of a group of 4. I had assumed that the hunt woudl move on if a phone remaind unanswered. But it seems that if the first available phone is unanswerd it just sits and rings on that phone for ever.

Is there a way to get it to hunt like a standard hunt group.

Thanks

Rob
