Hi,
I tried to configure BACD on 2801 (12.4(22)T3) after a long time since I
configured AA.But I couldn't make it work, Below is my config. I just want
calls from pots hit AA.
options 1: call by extension
option 0 : call to operator
Problem is : it hits AA , welcome and menu played but when I hit 0 ,it
wouldn't transfer to operator. ( also tried 2 hunt groups as well as I
suspected it might need at least 2 hunt groups to work properly but same
result. calls just get dropped.)
