[cisco-voip] CUBAC CCM Synchronize Does not work

I am seeing that if I use CUBAC to sync Callmanager it overwrites the CTI -
RP and CTI -Port device/line setting null to regardless of that the device
template settings are set to? Looks to be a bug, has anyone got a workaround
for this. Can I forgo sync if I need to change Queue settings in the CUBAC
server?
CUBAC Version
System Version: 3.1.1.8
CUCMBE System Version: 7.1.3.20000-2
