[cisco-voip] Dialogic SR140 doesn't mark packets with DSCP values

Might be different based on what switch you are using.

On a 3750:
Switch (config-if)# mls qos cos 5
Switch (config-if)# mls qos cos override

the cos-dscp mapping will map cos 5 to DSCP 46.

Or you can use an access list with MQC to mark everything DSCP 46 coming in.
