[cisco-voip] IPMA not working

Hello

I was trying to test IPMA on a VMWare hosted CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13. I used the
configuration wizard to configure the partitions, CSS, CTI RP and services.
I also filled the required information on the service parameters for Cisco
IPMA and restarted the Cisco IPMA service under serviceability. But when I
tried to test on IP Communicator configured with the manager DN I get this
error:
"A system failure was found. Please contact your system administrator."
What shall I do to solve this issue?
