[cisco-voip] IPMA not working

Hello,

I restarted the Cisco IPMA service and now when I try to access on the phone
I get xml error [4]: parse error. The URL I use on the service is
http://<server
IP>:8080/ma/servlet/MAService?Name=&cmd=doPhoneService#DEVICENAME#. I
searched the Cisco support forums and someone suggested to check bug id
CSCsd24961. Is this bug related to the symptom I described?
