[cisco-voip] Newest EoL AC client?

Per PM:
"the AC plug-in has been removed from the download sites because Cisco 
ended support for the product. If a customer previously obtained the AC 
plug-in from the download site, the customer can still use that plug-in. 
Our understanding is if the customer doesn't have the plug-in, they can 
no longer download it."
