[cisco-voip] UCCX 7.0.1SR03_Build011

I have UCCX 7.0(1). I have this issue quite often. Agents will just flash in and out of queues. Not sure why this happens, but usually a reboot of the agent's PC fixes the issue.

I've seen the behavior before. Could be a myriad of things, bad
cables, windows issue, nic issue, uccx bug. I never did find a solid
solution, admittedly I didn't look terribly hard. Try upgrading (SR03
is old) and see if that fixes it. I believe it did for one of my
clients.
