[cisco-voip] SRE-150/ CUE 8.0.1 stuck in loop after upgrade

Did a service-module ism 0/0 install url on  a SPE150 upgrading from 7.1.5 to 8.0.1, it feteched the files via ftp and appeared to upgrade just fine, however tail of log is below...it appears to just keep rebooting.
