Agent licensing is flat in IPCCX 4.0(4) so regardless of the agent type
it's just one license (Agent, IP phone agent, supervisor).

if my memory serves me correctly. a Supervisory was a supervisor license
and an agent was an agent.

in Version 5 they switched to concurrent licensing. This means if your a
sup or an agent each will take one of those licenses.

On IPCC Express Premium 4.04, if one logs in only using the Supervisor
Desktop and not as an agent, does that consume an agent license? I know
they also have to log in as an agent in order to do interactive
intervention
but can't remember if logging in only with Supervisor Desktop actually
consumes an agent license.

Thank You...
