[cisco-voip] C3900/15.0(1)M1 and uppercase in show run

I'm noticing that show run has items like "load 7961 SCCP41.8-4-2S.LOADS" but it should be "load 7961 SCCP41.8-4-2S.loads" since the router is case sensitive the Uppercase lines won't work as the file on flash is lowercase.  Easy to fix. This is just one example.  I used Cisco Configuration Professional to add the .tar file with .loads, but a co-worker used notepad to paste something lower case that appeared uppercase in show run.
