[cisco-voip] Best Practices/Design Guides for deploying CCM in DMZ

Are there any best practices or design guides on how to place CallManager
and related services (like Active Directory/Exchange) in a Secure Zone. We
are considering to implement an Active/Active Failover mode with ASA. The
reason is that we have a lot of database and application server already put
in (more) secure zones than Inside. Right now the ASA is working in
Active/Standby mode. The other box is just sitting IDLE and this way we
could increase the overall network performance.
