[cisco-voip] How to Configure Unity Express 8.0.1 Daylight Savings Time

CUE 8.0.1 CLI needs some better help.

Don't try
clock timezone -5

as it won't account for Daylight Savings Time.

Just " clock timezone" enter brings up a interactive menu or "clock timezone America/NewYork"
