[cisco-voip] Experience with TiM (Telephone Interface Communications Manager) ???

Distinct problem with VOSS is that it can't (to my knowledge) just be
"plugged in" to an existing CUCM cluster.  VOSS must be used to build the
cluster from the ground-up, otherwise it doesn't work.  It's a critical
component to Cisco's HUCS platform.
