[cisco-voip] Pushing a message to Cisco 7912 phones

Love the idea about updating a table via CDP of switches with backup power.

if you could make an xml app that would take there mac and compare it to
your table and reply with yes or no it could be done via a simple service
that all the phones subscribe to.

get to services --> power -->  does an xml get of whether it's mac is in the
table and return a yes or no.

I'm not an XML guy, but if you are, I think it could be done.
