[cisco-voip] How to configure no ringback

MGCP doesn't offer a lot of options.

I think you actually want the opposite from what is listed above (enable).

progress_ind alert strip 8

You'll have to use H.323/SIP for this.  This should be available on
both pots and voip dial peers.
